It doesn't work that way. The money comes from people who are employed in California, not from the State of California. The income tax is withheld by their employers who by law must send it directly to the U.S. Treasury. The State of California does not control that money.

Sorry - I misunderstood your intent. I just copy paste. And it isn't just this issue. It is Social Security, the Katie Johnson thing, the Wyden speech on the Epstein wire transfers, the Fairness Doctrine, the concocted story about payments to child rape victims...I have this thing about facts and
combatting misinformation.
