I certainly give the Post enough grief for their recent avoidance of fact, so seeing this really nice front page article that both tells it like it is and shows the near-term changes gets kudos.

I did a LOT of research before retiring out of NYS. Ended up on the Cumberland Plateau at 2000 ft elevation. Far enough from the coastlines to be safe from hurricanes, unlikely tornadoes, minimal threat of wildfires, Goldilocks weather. Bad part (for me) - red state, waking up to DT slowly.
