1. Add ten "At Large" senators voted in nationally. 2. Dump the PAA act of 1929 and bring the house up to 1650 members. 3. Set up nonpartisan boards to create even numerical districts and remove Gerrymandering. 4. 15 year term limits for SCOTUS and strict and retroactive anti-bribery clause.
The "at large" senators maintains the original purpose of the Connecticut Compromise, while adding in some ability for democratic override.
First, we need to dump Trump. Then, we need to go through a process of extreme de-Trumpification. Then, we can implement constitutional, governmental, and civic reforms.
