The dumbfuckery continues. Who told you that, Joe Rogan? Besides, not being human sounds kinda rad these days.

I don't know who Joe Rogan is. I've been anti-vegetarian for 9 years(2016) since I followed it for 6 months in 2015 and my bloodwork came back with every nutrient deficiency possible. Yet 6 months of only eating ground beef had my nutrient levels normalized. I decided plants are void of nutrients.

Plants aren’t “devoid of nutrients.” They are a necessary part of a balanced diet and have vitamin C, A, etc. I was iron deficient the entire time I was vegetarian though, and believe that occasional red meat is super healthy to include in a diet.

My vitamin A and C(and B6) were both very low when I was a vegetarian, even though I ate a full range of plants and nuts and legumes and grains. Yet, "somehow", just eating ground beef had my vitamin A, C, and B6 back to normal.

In fact I did have scurvy at one point as a vegetarian.

Oh I had geographic tongue constantly too, a sign of B vitamin deficiency

You know one thing I did learn doing it though? That apparently vitamin C competes with glucose. So if you consume more sugar than vitamin C, such as too many beans or grains with not enough peppers/potatoes, you still get scurvy. It explains why even citrus didn't help sailors. They ate hardtack.

Still gum bumping about something you don’t really understand. Interesting way to squander your Sunday.
