Gun buybacks do nothing but disarm The People. Nice little trick the cops are pulling on well intended civilians.

Fewer guns on the streets is what we need. It’s not a trick to sincerely want fewer guns on the streets and to be frank, if someone wants to give up their gun, why not give them a way to legitimately get rid of it; so it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. Do you have a better idea?

Do you really think anyone willing to sell a gun to a buy back is someone irresponsible enough to use it for ill? Those aren’t the people you need to worry about.

Then for a moment let’s consider guns that accidentally kill people. If the gun isn’t there that doesn’t happen. It can’t hurt to potentially save over 400 lives.

Guns are stolen everyday from people who are not irresponsible. Perhaps used for ill by a family member. If those guns aren’t there they can’t be stolen, or used by someone in the family. So to be clear. We have too many guns available to predators. The goal is to remove those guns.
