The real estate agent joked when we viewed the new house - look all the neighborhood cats are coming to greet you! I said, yup. They know cat lady incoming. 🤣 (I met 3 & they all seemed friendly & well cared for.)

🤣 Sounds like there's at least one other cat lady around the neighborhood. Maybe after a month or so after you're settled in you can take a walk around and meet all the cats!
