Yes, it does matter that he's a racist Nazi, even if what he claimed is true, which it is not. The "order" came from Trump, not the 5th Circuit. Courts don't issue orders like that, only dictators do. Trump has NO authority to issue such an order to a State. And Spakovsky is a liar, like all Nazis.
