You've just enlightened me about the meaning of Massholes. I know about the MAGAs, even out here on the West Coast of Canada (they also know about them in the Arctic, the Maritimes, the Eastern provinces, as well as the Prairies - although we do have some of our MAGA equivalents, esp. the prairies).
