im just so happy that they took the best part of a bad game (Starfield's ship builder) and put it into a good game!

Wait, Starfield actually came out? I thought it was vaporware, like Spore
it did. 80% of game is just.. bad. poorly written, poorly designed, poorly executed. About 20% of it was up to par with Fallout or Elder Scrolls. i kinda hated the world and the aesthetic. it made no sense and destroyed my immersion constantly.
Also it's like 150 GB, so it's not even worth trying out through non-traditional alternative game acquisition outlets.
so many of the quests just irritated me.. "here, go tell this person this minor piece of information on the other side of the city." "uh, can't you just email them? text? call?" "no, i want you to spend 20 minutes wandering around samey, ugly city tunnels until you find a generic looking NPC."
Why the hell would a space game ever have a tunnel
for the same reason the two main factions have similar, confusing names: laziness. Quick, are you part of the UC? or the FC?
I thought the C would be the same word for more deliberate contrasting, but it's not and that somehow annoys me more.
Wait you can build ships in No Man's Sky??? Why did I buy one like a sucker?
