Ok. They do not have healthcare paid for by taxpayers. They get a stipend towards the ACA silver plan. They can buy up to a higher plan but the cost is 100% on them. It’s a stipend in correlation with a union members towards their insurance. And when eligible, they go on Medicare. Nothing more
