That’s the perils of running a country by the transactional logic of its president
Blaming “transactional logic” is covering up his cruelty.
That’s the whole problem, if he is in child ego he will respond like a child it’s a crossed transaction. Unfortunately I fear there are very few Adult to Adult transactions within the Oval Office.
There isn’t an adult in WH.
No, he will blame Musk and act like he had no idea what Musk was doing.
Dear POLITICO. The job of a journalist is not to "ask the government if their actions contributed to this disaster and report their answer" it is to "find out if the government's (in)action contributed to this disaster and inform the public" Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
Thank you, Box of Frogs!
They need to stop asking and start telling
Thorough research takes time. For now all they have are "potential relations", and they cannot really put those out as truth. Cut them some slack, you don't want journalists just shouting whatever seems to be logical...
Here’s a thought, maybe don’t ask the guy who lies with every breath a question with as obvious an answer as can be, but rather DO SOME FUCKING ACTUAL JOURNALISM AND REPORT THE TRUTH!
Oh my to the g! Thank you. I came here to say this.
Trump doesn’t care about anyone dying. 😡
The USA has completely lost its way and hurtles violently through time.
Oh how very careful these speakers are as they tip toe around the obvious. Can’t we just boldly acknowledge that there is an elephant in the room or that the emperor has no clothes? Must we timidly wonder?
We must do research and provide clear evidence. That is what journalism is about. It is not a matter of shouting what some people find obvious, that is what FOX is doing.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Trump is the merchant of death.
No surprise that he won’t take any responsibility for cuts. He endorsed from doge. He doesn’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong.
Whether he admits it or not, trump is the responsible party. The deaths are on him.
A catastrophic flood in Texas. A weakened weather forecasting system. This sourced op-ed traces how budget and staffing reductions at NOAA under Trump’s DOGE preceded delayed alerts and forecasting gaps—raising questions about readiness and accountability. jasonegenberg.substack.com/p/the-cuts-t...
