Simple, blue states shouldn’t send the federal government any tax dollars. Just withhold it all and use it to fund these programs. They don’t care about following laws,why should New York?

We should send out tax dollars from the bottom up, not the top down. This administration dismantles federal programs since they are farthest away from addressing local problems. Pay your town and county then pay your state. Whatever is left over send to Uncle Sam.
