FDA's approval has always been quite limited in terms of protection of consumers or end users. Conflict with USDA in certain areas, and of course now we don't have a robust CDC or NIH.

It is not necessarily. Look to peer reviewed research. Look to the actual studies and do what you need to do to understand them, starting with medical dictionary, Pubmed, published studies. Look to reproduction of study results and numbers of subjects, etc.

I didn’t really need anyone to confirm this. For far too long clinical reseach even excluded women “of childbearing potential” from any type of (not just early stage) research. Studies into autism were so male-oriented that the specific tests failed to identify the condition in females…
Men and medical school never taught the anatomy of the vulva, now seen as the appropriate name for women's sexual organ. It took permitting women to become physicians for this to happen. Read about it! Women, and the men who love them. (Women who love women very likely understand how this works)
I was in a clinical study for ovarian cancer since 1998. The funding has been cut and the research program has ended. Thanks to trump, RFK and Musk. My mother & grandmother died from ovarian cancer.
