This article seems to suggest the reason schools are negotiating with the Admin is because their lobbying groups are led by former Trump WH officials who say they have no choice. Beyond that, I don’t see much of an explanation here. But maybe I’m missing something.

What will these educational institution receive from Felon 34/47th president in return? Has anybody said? Will it be equitable and just for the future of educating tomorrow's citizens? Will it grow the future and be change worthy for the future?
