I think she is playing it right. Trump needs an enemy - he wants a fight to make him look tough and strong. The more anger he can stir up the stronger he looks. Eventually, I hope the time comes when his political opponents and his victims can start openly laughing at him and mocking him, publicly.

It's literally written in the Constitution that this is completely within the presidential powers. All of DC should be patrolled by federal officers. Make Jay Walking a federal offense in DC. Put the bad actors in prison
