So per Noem (and others) immigrants are the ones committing the alleged crimes (the crime rate is actually down, though there are some rough neighborhoods in DC). The fact is, immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than non-immigrants. A long-held statistic - from back when we had them. 🙄
