Someone ought to look at many rural hospitals BEFORE this manifests itself. You'll need to do an accurate comparison. You will find that many have no ob/gyn depts. You can't have a baby in the town you live in.
In fact, the only real department is cardio. Most doctors are contracted because you can't get doctors to put their kids in lousy and getting lousier rural schools. The only employees are nurses and clerical. Care is already very sketchy.

As a contract engineer, I hated the ACA. Hated! I was fined for not buying private insurance at ridiculous rates: $500/single person; I worked out a deal with a doctor for care. The ACA was not unconstitutional: Roberts said so. Pelosi comment is a lie.
