Yes, for the past year. We lived in Chester County, PA but came here to retire when I inherited my parents' house. It's beautiful down here, but there are many differences from what I'm used to, some good and some not so good.

One thing is that drivers down here are much more generous to other drivers (if you have a WV plate) than PA drivers. I think it's because there are so many sticky driving situations down here and we've all been through them so we give people time to maneuver.
