these guys aren't in university tho. they were took from a safe university, overseen by adults, and brought out into the real world by one of the worst humans alive. university is fine before 25, real life, no, especially for kids not prepared for it. most Harvard kids never struggled, know squat

They were sent to university and enjoyed the freedom of adulthood assumed at 18. They made choices. You claim they cannot be responsible. Then they can't be adults at university. You want all the rights, none of the responsibilities. NO.

just to add, what about their specific bubbles you think are anywhere near the real world? they're at Harvard being pampered like elites and are in the orbit of the world's richest man. these kids don't even know what the real world looks like. just want ppl to be real. facts not feelings. ty. ☮️

I went to Dartmouth. I faced consequences when my actions exceeded the bounds. Grow the fuck up.

we aren't talking about handing in an assignment late. these kids are involved in shit way over their heads. ppl need to judge these kids fairly, just like the breaks we'd give to other kids. they aren't murdering people, they are doing some white collar crime. need to be put into perspective. smh.

Great way to express how no matter how smart you think you are, you get to college & suddenly realize you’re just a kid & now need to listen & learn. If you can’t do that, & continue to think you’re the center of everything, you may never grow up.

No They are adults They made adult decisions. They will face adult consequences. That is life That’s the end of this conversation as well, there is no need to further elaborate.

You want a world where privileged young men can be their worst, to no effect. That seems dumb. University is structured for adults. There is no in loco parentis requirement. If you can't manage your shit and accept the consequences, don't be there.

i never excuse ppl for their actions, and did say they are partly responsible, i also said they deserve leniency for being so ignorant and young. i didn't know anything at their age. you cannot possibly tell me you knew it all at 20. bs.
