I think you can argue that the longest ballot folks have exposed some loopholes in the electoral process (and you could fairly make the case for close or tightening those loopholes). I'm not sure that it amounts to a "scam." www.cbc.ca/news/politic...

Cons won 2-3 ridings last year because of this scam. PP did not say anything …
