I would guess he wants to destroy VICA and let the resulting lawsuits from plaintiffs' attorneys put pharmaceutical companies out of the vaccine business. Maybe he can pick up some nice consulting fees along the way. Sounds dangerous, doesn't it, going back to pre-vaccine days?
