So the democrats where so incompetent that the only ceasefire deal they could negotiate would only come into effect after the election, risking giving their opponent an easy win and despite being able to stop Israel from getting it's weapons at any time? Is that comment factually incorrect?

Actually, just because I need the practice, I'm going to try to find the reasonable core of your posts, here goes:

That is a reasonable point. I would understand why one might tactically vote for the democrat on that basis. I don't think their is something massively wrong with you if you feel that way.
Now, my view is that the dems where very wishy-washy when it came to halting the mass collective punishment of the Palestinians plus the crackdowns and demonization of pro Palestinian protests really left a bad taste in people's mouths and all dems could come up with was "well trump will be worse"
A lot of people had a "how did we get here" moment, did the math, and realized they where in an abusive relationship with the dems, and now they where asking us to vote on what was pretty clearly a genocide, not because they'd stop it, but because they'd... handle it better?
We've been voting the 'lesser evil' for years, and this is where it got us. So people tapped out. "No genocide". A good place to leave. I understand that it's frustrating, but I don't think you're going to shame them out of that position, and trying to is going to alienate people further.
That is, if you want them to vote dem again and you're not just using people who chose not to vote as a scapegoat, but in this exercise I'm choosing to talk to the best version of yourself, and I know that person wouldn't do that.
