There’s a disclaimer whenever you buy a ticket to a public event like a concert or a sporting event that you’re agreeing the use of your image and likeness to be used in photographs, videos, or other recordings of the event. There’s always that risk. Maybe don’t cheat but especially in public?

Doesn't really invalidate the surveillance state we're living in. Nobody gives a shit what happens to this dude as a consequence of his cheating, but the principle of the issue is that it could happen to literally anyone regardless of fame/infamy.
If he was bold enough to be in public cheating on his wife, he has to deal with the consequences. And truthfully had he just acted calm instead of hiding, this video would’ve never gone viral and there wouldn’t be an issue but that’s the risk you take when go out in public and do shit l

It absolutely does. He was at a concert. Everyone knows that when you go to concerts they film. Your surveillance state comment would make more sense had he been walking down the street and been outed. He outed himself.
