I accept & like AM. He’s not Steve & wont / shouldn’t be. But as Capt. Amer., he’s fine—w/super serum he’d be better. W/Russo Bros. making the movies, even better! I wasn’t thrilled w/the writing / production of this movie. It could’ve/should’ve been up to the standard of all other CA movies
Case of Life imitating Art? Sam Wilson deals with feelings of inadequacy, the morality of representing America as a Black man and knowing people question his qualifications/strength. Marvel tries its best to minimize it, but the subtext is there. Let it be known: Anthony Mackie is Captain America.
What do you expect? The United States is an APARTHEID country and has always been that way.
