I heard a recording of a meeting where a member told the speaker, Sandy B, that he could successfully practice the principles of AA everywhere EXCEPT at home. Sandy's reply was, "Well, then, the spiritual life is just a theory to you." I think about that all the time.💙
At home is the hardest place sometimes! 🤷♀️

So glad you found your spiritual path. I read that you returned to Tai Chi and QiGong! I added in yoga and meditation in my 2nd year of sobriety and it has been an incredible journey. So grateful.
