People that want refugees/more immigration/Less concerned by small boats or extradition, have that preference operable. But the opposite appears much harder for the state to do. This causes much of the “anger’. Maybe this explains this perception of love vs Hate.

Privileged people don’t feel threatened by them. Deprived people feel that the migrants are jumping the queue. So before criticising first make less privileged people in the UK better off, erase the social class system, and then NEVER AGAIN get upset at queue jumpers. 😜

I think it’s more that every asylum seeker in the world could apply here and be given refuge, and there is nothing the government could do under current laws. This drives people nuts.
