It's "outlook", predictive. There's no disinformation in this image. Perhaps I'm missing something? It says there are no active cyclones, but we know it's 'outlook'.

The image with the two category 5 hurricanes is gone now, but the limit of prediction is about a week, and there was no indication of multiple hurricanes in that area. Someday there might be two hurricanes there, but not this week.
