In today's "Slop At The Top" aka "AI Says The Funniest Things". I'm no scientist but does this make any logical sense to anyone? I mean if I've got it wrong, I might have to redesign the extreme escape room I'm planning. @seamus.bsky.social

I'm glad you're skeptical! The molecular species that make up air do *not* meaningfully stratify at room temperature, even if dead still inside a sealed container. Whichever AI made this mistake shows how AIs can make a little knowledge dangerous.

I am using ai more and more and get slop like this more often than I would like. However sometimes llm ai does help tremendously. It’s cs188x on a massive scale.
