Yes, this is correct. Ms. Wheatley died ~55 years before the advent of photography. Here is her portrait from the Library of Congress:

Exactly. Plus, a quick look at the entry on Wikipedia tells me Phyllis Wheatley died in 1784 (aged 30). The first daguerreotype was produced in 1839. The style of clothing in the photograph is mid 19th century.
