You are absolutely correct. The elites children won’t be included in the military,or labor programs. The section on schooling in Project 2025 there was a line about the boys would serve in the military upon graduation.

Class plays a big part in this. The UK military is still class based. The non-commissioned ranks are working class and the officer class have often gone to private schools and university officer training corps. Those who serve and those who lead come from different backgrounds
