But where was he convicted of that? When/where was his trial? As of this message he has NOT been convicted, or even put on trial. Nobody WANTS -criminals- but everyone SHOULD DEMAND due process.

I have found conflicting information that states that he fled gang violence in his home country and no definitive answer as to how he entered and under what legality. He MAY have entered illegally... But dude, the shit they are shoveling to Emotionally Work Up People? holy fuck.

IF HE DID Enter Illegally, that is what an actual trial is for. They're just deporting him without a trial. EVERYONE should be against that.

Plus also? The part that ICE and Trump Supporters are forgetting is that they are 100% skipping the trial part. Just Round them up, and put them in jail. No due process. Then again, for YEARS they screamed "lock her up" about Hillary, without ever even pretending if she was a criminal.
