I’m just upset that I waited so long to retire. If I’d known how much fun it was I would’ve done it long ago.

There's nothing like being in charge of your own schedule - doing what you want to do when you want to do it and no boss breathing down your neck insisting that the three day task you've been assigned must be done "by close of business today."
