His drinking while publicly speaking addresses his root issue and fear is it. Drinking to lower his inhibitions and give him liquid courage. Again, can I ask where the Licensed Mental Health practitioners are not flying in to support these people and they are removed from their post?
Someone with his his documented history of alcohol consumption has all indication of SUD. This guy should be in a program not in a stressful situation. He will eventually self-destruct. Hopefully he won't damage anyone else. Given his already verbal rookies mistakes he's bound to screw up big time

Dr Bandy Lee tried that back in 2017 and Steve Hassan are 2 that come to mind and I follow. Overt signs in too many top slot players. Am health care & business (data mgt/marketing) educated not psych however but know enough to recognize SUD behavior when it is so obvious.
A real hero would recognize that he is getting in over his head and not take that job in the first place
