They blocked a vehicle as I understand from another article. I question, where is the point of chilling speech to the point it’s ineffectual? But this won’t be processed as a First Amendment issue. I’m concerned it will embolden clear 1A attacks.

It may be a good thing that they overreached because the criteria for conspiracy is strict but obstructing a roadway is grey area. If I understand the law, they’ll have to prove the act was coordinated in advance.
