Tesla is all-in on fraud, from too to bottom. Leading a transition to sustainable energy doesn't matter. Making and selling cars doesn't even matter. It's just a memecoin backed by Elon's empty, broken promises to "solve real world AI" and make magic self-driving cars and robot slaves.

If you’re the Tesla board, you’re pot-committed. If Elon walks, the company fails *now*. You have to keep paying him whatever he demands so you can cling to the story “we have the world’s greatest genius and he is going to solve everything in the next two to three fiscal years.”
Nah. If you’re on the Board, you’re either Elon’s buddy or his brother, and you’re all profiting handsomely from his scams. Those goons just paid him more money than the combined total lifetime profits of the company. It’s a pyramid scheme and every Board member is Charles Ponzi.
