Really appreciated the thread, though I will say I think Zohran being charismatic shouldn't be downplayed. If you think about canvassing as door-to-door sales, the quality of the product matters

We really need this on Los Angeles, but our previously DSA council members are terrible. It’s like they’ve never seen a progressive policy they can get behind. Everything here is self enrichment or fief building. Given that, I have no faith in DSA-LA
