Are you still interested in MLS vs Liga MX? Does that move the needle for you?
Are you still interested in MLS vs Liga MX? Does that move the needle for you?
No interest at all. Same as the last two years
I love it. Too many wet blankets among the MLS fan base that have to try and dampen everything.
Yes.
Naw
Yes, but mainly for the teams we don't normally see in international competition. Seeing America vs LAFC over and over loses its appeal.
I feel like MLS has stagnated a bit since the ATLUTD/LAFC runs and the Messi transfer (and perhaps the Apple TV+ deal). What’s the next thing for the league? They haven’t really articulated it.
No. For a while they said it would grow MLS fan base, but it hasn't. I thought the competitive imbalance would make MLS owners invest more in their league. Not even Messi could get them to do that, so I doubt looking silly in leagues cup will either.
They don’t look silly in leagues cup at all. If anything, it shows that CCC’s kickoff in MLS pre-season and altitude are exaggerating Liga Max’s quality.
I'm interested, but only for CONCACAF Champions Cup.
It’s treading water but it’s lost some of the luster. Including Primera or Brazil Serie A into it would definitely be interesting as a viewer, but not sure it’s feasible from a financial standpoint. I do think CONCACAF/CONMEBOL could both benefit from some kind of intercontinental league tournament.
“Still interested” implied there was any interest to begin with.
No
Another chance to be disappointed by Atlanta United? Sign me up… 🙃
That’s the spirit!
It’s all so forced and manufactured. I like fun. More soccer please.
