DJT is a loose cannon, I think he'd pop the nukes on his ex girlfriend out of spite. He has no idea what nukes are and can cause. It's just another toy in the box to him. Putin knows this, and he's probably not the one who'll get nukes, but he's willing to take the risk. He loves the chaos.
