The legality of the GOP’s gerrymandering, or whether or not a GOP power grab is acceptable/fair game?

I don’t necessarily like it or agree with it, but if the voters of Texas find it unacceptable or unfair they can vote out their state legislators. They choose the state in which they choose to live.
