Kidnapping is a prime punishable by death in the US. A capital crime. These perps need to be in jail.

I think any person should be able to FULLY retaliate against any unidentified masked attacker who attempts to kidnap them. That is the core of self defense. The fact that this unidentifiable person shouts orders, bullies and intimidates you is more, not less reason to fear for and protect your life.
