Did the police know there was child sexual abuse occurring and not move on it immediately so they could also build a case involving drugs!?

That’s exactly what happened. Evidence they say.

So "We had a little bit of a hold on" = We knowingly let children suffer physical, mental, & sexual abuse & trauma to build a drug case. They should really evaluate their policies, priorities, ethics & morality as they now have that child sexual abuse on their hands as well. Absolutely disgusting.
