Always check and if you are videoing definitely make sure you at least have a timestamp you must make sure your s*** can be verified.

In the Amber Guyger case, the officer was convicted but one witness was found shot afterwards days later and another was receiving anonymous death threats.
ALL video should be shot horizontal anyway. Harumph! When I see that vertical video, and they keep moving it right and left trying to get the whole scene in, it’s annoying as hell. If they had used landscape aspect, they wouldn’t have to do that.

TikTok is never a place I'd go for legal advice 😹 No offense to the genuinely informed people on there.
