1/ As an attorney, you KNOW that listening to podcasters and repeating what they say when their facts are wrong may be reprehensible and could even, in some cases, lead to defamation charges, but it does NOT constitute "taking legal advice" from the podcaster. Why did you suggest that it is?

2/ Furthermore, given that the Trump regime ignores laws/regs/standards if they don't suit his purposes, just b/c Maxwell is "ineligible" for work release, does not mean she won't be granted it. She wasn't eligible for transfer to the Bryan Min Security facility either... and yet, she's there!

Think she's just trying to gather information about this unusual transfer for this type of convict. open.substack.com/pub/muellers...
