The whole program is a farce. The applicant hires a consultant who is directed to make the case. It’s dishonest. And the voting is worse. 1 property = 1 vote. If nobody votes it passes assuming absent votes = approval. To oppose you need 50% +1 of all 500+ properties arbitrarily identified

It’s legitimately one of the most corrupt programs we have. The 1 property = 1 vote is particularly terrible. A condo with 100 owners doesn’t get 100 votes, they vote and the majority gets the 1 vote which equals SFH owners’ 1 vote
