So, I know something that Epstein ring survivors have been speaking out about for years: There is a secret ClA program called Monarch. It is a subprogram of MKUItra, which was never actually cancelled. It uses child sex trafficking and blackmail to produce "compliant" politicians and celebrities.

Before the #Epstein ring, there was the #FranklinIsland ring. Survivors of this era of government sex trafficking, such as #CathyOBrien and #FionaBarnett, allege that Epstein-style child sex trafficking as a ClA blackmail/recruitment program is not new, and that it has been going on for 50+ years.
