Happy his backed candidate lost. However, where is the election interference charges? The interference is there no matter the outcome of the election!

We'll have to wait until the next administration for accountability. With the IGs currently in legal limbo I doubt anyone at all under the current one is looking into it 🫤

State laws were broken… the orange imbecile is powerless protecting his minions against state charges… Even SCOTUS/ECOTUS has constitutional limits when state laws are broken.

If enough states end up with convictions & judgements against him, he & any organization he is involved w/ can lose influence & ability to organize in those states. He barely knows basic national laws, history or governance… every single state is it’s own entity, and he’s very likely to f up.

Many fools don’t realize most of the folks incarcerated in America, were convicted in state courts not federal ones… State courts have all the power that Federal courts don’t have. And that’s a hell of a lot…

Yet state courts are sure acting like they don't have the power.

It depends on which state… several are aggressively pursuing lawsuits.

As far as criminal cases… those take time to develop, & like old-school photography, develop best in darkness

What is the statute of limitations on these crimes? I have a feeling charges won’t be filed for quite some time 🤷🏻‍♂️

Depends on what crime this is labeled as. If it's considered treason there is no statute of limitations for treason in the United States, meaning that a person can be prosecuted for treason at any time, regardless of how much time has passed since the alleged offense.
