because there are lots of innocents everywhere that can’t help where they live. because disasters don’t look at borders. because health crises sweep through everywhere. lots of reasons.

Those living in poverty do not always have an option to pull up stakes and move to a new location. We should stop subsidizing corporations and giving billionaires tax breaks. We're in a jam right now but we should plan for a time when we're not on the brink of fascism.

When it's me and mine vs them - it will ALWAYS be me and mine. And THAT is the position we were forced into. I didnt ask for this. But I sure as HELL am not going to bend over and spread my cheeks for them.
