So a CA Rep had introduced a bill to split CA into two states. OR already has 13 counties (all but NW Portland area) that have voted to secede from OR & join ID. I’d give DC statehood to split California & add to OR counties yo ID. What do you think?

Well, I live in one of those “poorest states”. I moved here from Illinois 20 years ago. You can’t understand life’s real freedoms until you leave repressive state for a free one. CA is a rich state and they want to split. Portland is a violent place and the rest of the state wants to get out.

Ho many times have you been in Portland. I’ve been there dozens of times. 15 years ago it was a beautiful city. Then Covid, ANTIFA, riots in the park turned it into a dump. Half of downtown is gone. I live in a town of 85k. It’s a liberal paradise that I am personally involved in trying to destroy.

Maybe you should take a look at the homeless camps in Seattle and Tacoma. That’s not just poor, it’s horrific. Even 5 years ago when I was last there it was bad. Over COVID it doubled. You clearly haven’t been to Washington. Spokane, Tri-Cities, Walla Walla (vineyards), Leavenworth are not poor.
