Irish grass fed beef is some of the most beautiful in the world. Ask any restauranteur/chef/cook. America's food production isn't regulated for quality control and animal welfare as well as the EU's. If America aligned more with the EU regulations we'd be taken is no problem.

The best steak I ever had was in a pub in Ireland, we even rode the ferry back a day later just to have another

The beef might be delicious; I’ve never had Irish beef. But if it’s anything like the butter, it must be fabulous!
