This year was the first year I didn’t get the vaccine in over 20 years. I’ve been so busy I just kept putting it off. Oh man, what a mistake. I’m in the midst of it and it’s brutal.

I had it last month and it was brutal indeed. Keep taking paracetamol, lots and lots water and lots of sleep.

Same here. I blew it. Husband brought it home from work but he was vaxed. And yet it's sickest I've ever seen him. I got to do nursing duty w/a 102° fever. All this during a severe snow storm. So sick I was having Crimean War flashbacks.

This years flu shot missed the mark anyways so it wouldn’t have helped. They got the strains wrong.
